The Disputes uploader tool allows you to upload a CSV file of disputes (see template here) to the system.
Dispute date and stage are required fields. Additionally, one of the following is also required:
- Gateway reference
- Transaction ID
- Order ID
All other fields are optional.
Any user, analyst and above can upload a disputes file, and all uploads are recorded in the Activity Feed. If an upload was unsuccessful, and error report will be available for download, with details of any error.
