You'll find the Chargeback List by opening the Explore app in the Ravelin Dashboard and selecting Chargeback from the top menu.
By default you will see a list of customers that have a chargeback dispute date in the last 7 days.
You can refine your search by use the filters on the left. You can filter chargebacks by:
- Chargeback dispute date
- Update date
- Reason code
- Market name
If you’re missing any filters in this list, Ravelin is probably not receiving the required information through your integration. If this is the case, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
