Introduction to the Ravelin Dashboard
The Ravelin dashboard is a powerful tool to help you manage and analyse your customers behaviour so that you can take decisive action to prevent fraud. Ravelin allows you to view detailed customer profiles as well as key trends.
Want to know what's happened in Ravelin recently? The main landing page lets you track chargebacks, blocked customers and team activity in one view.
Ravelin Explore is where you can find all the information about your customers. You can manually review customers, analyse trends or deep dive into a customer’s profile. On the customer’s profile, you can review the customer’s fraud score and analyse the entire customer journey from account creation, on-site and in-app analytics, through to check out.
Rules are a powerful tool if your business needs more control over which orders are prevented or allowed. Your company may have unique business policies that you’d like to implement within Ravelin.
Ravelin Connect lets you see connections across customers, emails, telephone numbers, devices and credit cards in a simple, easy-to-use visualisation. This makes investigating fake accounts or uncovering fraud rings easier.
Ravelin Lookup is a cross merchant database of real-time fraud data generated by online businesses around the world. As a merchant, you can use Ravelin Lookup to securely share your fraud data and check whether any identifiers (such as phone number, email address or IP) have been flagged for fraud anywhere in our global network.
The Developer settings are where your developers can view information to help them set up Ravelin, such as event logs and API Keys.
