You'll find the Customers List by opening the Explore app in the Ravelin Dashboard and selecting Customers from the top menu.
By default you will see a list of customers that were active in the last 7 days.
Filters are a great way to find both genuine and suspicious customers and identify new patterns of risky behaviour. To explore customers that match any number of criteria, check the left panel and filter by as many attributes as you like.
If there are filters you use frequently, you can save them so they can be applied easily.
You can refine your search by use the filters on the left. You can filter chargebacks by:
- account age
- last active
- number of transactions
- number of cards registered
- number of orders
- triggered rules
- watched status
- market name
- last action
- score and action
- manual review status
- manual review by
- manual review date
- fraud network status
- chargebacks (dispute date, update date, status, gateway and reason code).
If you’re missing any filters in this list, Ravelin is probably not receiving the required information through your integration. If this is the case, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
