Ravelin Labs is our testing ground for new features that aren't quite ready for prime time. Labs lets you experiment with some of the new projects Ravelin is working on before we release them as fully fledged features in the Ravelin Dashboard.
Please keep in mind that Labs projects may change, break or disappear at any time.
You can enable Labs from your Ravelin account settings. Hover over your company logo at the top right of the Ravelin Dashboard and click on "Settings" in the menu that appears to open your account settings, and choose "Labs" from the top menu to open the Labs configuration page.
Click the toggle to enable Ravelin Labs for your account. You should now see the Ravelin Labs app below Lookup in the main menu on the left.
The Chargeback Predictor is a tool that examines your historical fraud data to project the number of chargebacks your business will receive without having to wait for them to be reported.
The Breached Credential Checker is a tool that lets you confirm whether an email address is present in our database of credentials exposed to the Dark Web from a number of high-profile data breaches. Unlike services like HaveIBeenPwned, we'll also confirm whether a specific password has been exposed. These checks are also available via API.
The Connect Exploration Labs project surfaces both the largest and fastest growing networks in your customer data, as well as the most connected phone numbers, email addresses, devices and payment methods.
The Seller Fraud Labs project helps marketplaces spot a number of fraud attempts by sellers, from collusion to fake account creation for promo fraud.
Please contact email@example.com for any questions or comments. We would love to hear your feedback on our Labs projects!
