You'll find the Orders List by opening the Explore app in the Ravelin Dashboard and selecting "Orders" from the top menu.
By default, the Orders List is sorted by order date, in a descending order. Click on any order ID or email address to open the order within the relevant Customer Profile.
Filters are a great way to find orders of interest. To explore orders that match any number of criteria, use the filters on the left side panel and filter by as many attributes as you like.
You can currently filter orders by market country, market name, order date, order status, and whether the order has a chargeback. If you’re missing any filters in this list, Ravelin is probably not receiving the required information through your integration. If this is the case, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although we don’t currently support saved searches, you can bookmark the search results page to return to a list of customers with the same filters.
You can sort the Orders List by value and order date by clicking on the relevant column title.
Please note that the Orders List currently shows all orders from the 15th of November onwards.
