The integration process with Ravelin brings up many questions from both sides, it can be difficult to stay on top of all communication when it happens over multiple channels. But there's a way to keep track of all the tickets between your organisation and us.
Support.ravelin.com has a feature called "My Tickets".
In order to successfully access all the tickets your organisation has ever created with us, please sign up with your work email.
You will be receiving an email that will ask you to set your password for the service.
Once that's all setup, you will be able to see all the tickets you've created, or that we addressed to you and their status.
Your Organisation's Requests
Once more people from your organisation join, you will be able to see all the tickets and follow the ones you're interested in.
Managing The Tickets
Finally, it makes it a lot easier to respond to tickets that await your reply. You can just click on the ticket and you will be able to see the conversation and answer quickly.
You can also access the tickets through the dashboard by clicking on the avatar.
