Overview
In Explore, you'll find everything you've sent us about your customers, orders, chargebacks and logins. You can manually review customers, analyse trends or deep dive into a customer’s profile.
Customers List
The Customers tab is where you can search and filter through all your customers, and deep dive into a profile to learn more about their risk profile. In the Customers List, you can:
- View a summary of filtered search results at the top of the page showing a breakdown of recommendation, score distribution and chargebacks.
- Search for a customer - enter a name, customer ID, or email address into the search bar
- Filter customers - click the filters icon above the search bar to toggle the filters sidebar. You can filter search results by any number of criteria (e.g., account age, fraud network status, review date and tags).
- Sort customers - click any column header to sort in ascending order, and click again to sort in descending order.
- View more detail - click on a customer’s name, ID or email address to view the customer’s profile page.
Orders List
The Orders tab in Explore contains a list of all your recent orders. Similarly to the Customers List, you can:
- View a summary of filtered search results at the top of the page showing a breakdown of recommendation, order status and chargebacks.
- Search for specific orders by order ID, customer ID or email address.
- Filter orders - use the filters button above the search bar to toggle the filters sidebar to filter search results by any number of criteria.
- Sort orders - click on a column header to sort in an ascending order and click again to sort in a descending order.
- View more detail - click on an order ID or email address to open the order detail view on the relevant customer's profile.
Disputes List
The Disputes tab in Explore contains a list of all your recent orders. Similarly to the Customers and Orders List, you can:
- Filter disputes - use the filters button above the search bar to toggle the filters sidebar to filter search results by any number of criteria.
- Search for specific disputes by dispute ID, Order ID, or Customer ID.
- Sort disputes - click on a column header to sort in an ascending order and click again to sort in a descending order.
- View more detail - click on an order ID or email address to open the order detail view on the relevant customer's profile.
Logins List
If you're using our account takeover solution Ravelin Protect, you will also be able to see a Logins List which contains all successful and unsuccessful login events. Similar to the other lists available, you can filter by date, authentication, device or IP. Credentials allows you to view whether the password and or username used at login is in our breached credential database.
Customising the columns displayed
The Configure Columns setting allows you to customise the default columns shown, as well as the order they're shown in, across each tab. Any configuration you've chosen will be remembered even when you leave the page and return later, and it can be reset to default at any time.
Saving Filters
You can save the filters that you use frequently for Customers, Orders and Chargeback lists. This makes it quicker for your team to search for the information you need.
The search results from saved filters are live. For example, if you save a filter that returns all customers signed up in the last hour and checked it at 15:00, it would show data for the period 14:00-15:00. If you check it again at 17:00, it will show customers who have signed up between 16:00-17:00.
Within the Customers, Orders or Chargeback sections, select the filters that you would like to save and click 'Save Filters' at the bottom of the panel.
You can then name the saved filter and set the visibility. Please note, only users with admin access can save filters visible for the entire team.
